Intelligence Community Employee Assistance Fund
The Intelligence Community Employee Assistance Fund (ICEAF) provides emergency financial assistance to civilian employees of all parts of the Intelligence Community (IC) that fall under the direction of Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The Fund provides financial assistance in the form of tax-free grants and/or no- interest loans to eligible IC employees and their families who suffer loss as a result of an uninsured personal crisis, emergency, or natural disaster causing injury to life or damage to property. 

 

Current donations to the IC Employee Assistance Fund will be used to assist the families of those killed or wounded in the recent terrorist attack in Khowst, Afghanistan.

Those who wish to contribute may donate online by clicking the GIVE NOW link at the top of any page.  To ensure donations are properly earmarked, please choose "Intelligence Community Fund" from the drop-down list of funds and write "IC EAF -Khowst Donations" in the comments box at the bottom of the form.  Contributions may also be made via check made payable to "FEEA/IC EAF -Khowst Donations" and mailed to FEEA Headquarters, 3333 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80227 .

The Khowst donations received by FEEA through February 25, 2010, will help the victims and their families meet their short- and long-term financial needs, including the education of their children. FEEA has been asked to distribute the donations equitably among the dependents of the fallen or wounded.
