Eva Morales works in the field of Recreation with her local Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington. She is enrolled as a junior in Management/Healthcare with Park University online, as well as with Eastern Washington’s Distance Learning Program, taking course requirements for Therapeutic Recreation. Eva’s inspiration is her 10-year old daughter, who she wants to provide a better life for. Her goal is to take the exam for certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, and eventually make it to the GS-09 level or higher as a federal service employee.
Eva’s father was a sailor in the Navy, and her husband is an active duty Air Force officer. When stationed overseas in 2004, she purchased a portable, professional crepe griddle. Today Eva is a professional crêpe caterer for her own business, The Crêpe Connection. Her best seller is the “New York, New York”, with cheesecake, strawberries, Nutella chocolate, and whipped cream. Eva also loves playing and teaching tennis, and is “class parent” for her daughter’s 5th grade class.
