Michelle Neidleman attends Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey, where she is a third year audiology doctoral student. Michelle would like to work as a clinical and research audiologist at a VA hospital. She would also like to go back to school for her PhD in a few years. She hopes to give back to her community through her research, and make significant contributions to the field of audiology.

Michelle tutors three days a week, and has been involved with the American Red Cross since her undergraduate years. She started a successful annual blood drive that her community now looks forward to each year, and is herself an active blood donor. In between studying sessions, Michelle enjoys making fine beaded jewelry with Swarovski crystals, and selling the jewelry with her family at local craft fairs.
