Chantel Dyamond is a first year student at McKendree University in Lebanon, IL, studying Athletic Training. Her short-term goal after graduation is to be employed as an Athletic Trainer by the NFL, and become a certified paramedic. Eventually she would like to open a rehabilitation center for people financially unable to afford such care. Chantel has always been involved with volunteer work in and around her community, such as The Park District, Feed My Starving Children, and the Community Library.
Chantel truly enjoys running, and is a State Champion and AAU medalist in several running events. Today Chantel is involved with Track, Alpha and BSO, the Black Student Organization on her campus. Chantel also works on campus part time as a student ambassador, giving tours of the campus to prospective students and their families.
