- Eligible: NTEU Ch. 228 dues-withholding members for at least two years, their spouses and/or college-age children.
- Awards: Up to three awards at a minimum of $1,000 each.
- Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the NTEU Ch. 228 competition and the FEEA contest with a single application. Applications for the 2012-2013 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2012.
