- Eligible: AFGE members, spouses and college-age children.
- Awards: $400 each, based on what Chapter 1658 raises in funds each year.
- Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the AFGE contest and FEEA's regular scholarship contest with the submission of the AFGE application. Applications for the 2012-2013 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2012.
