• Eligible: FMA members, including retirees, their spouses and college-age children.  Grandchildren of FMA members are also eligible beginning with the 2010-11 contest.
• Awards: $1,000 per student, plus one $1,500 Francis Webb Scholarship.
• Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the FMA contest and FEEA's regular scholarship contest with submission of the FMA application. (Grandchildren are not eligible for the FEEA competition.) Applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2010.
