American Federation of Government Employees
  • Eligible: AFGE members, spouses and college-age children.
  • Awards: $1,000 each.
  • Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the AFGE contest and FEEA's regular scholarship contest with the submission of the AFGE application.  Applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2010.

  • Eligible: BIG members' college-age children, step-children and grandchildren.
  • Awards: $1,000 for two students in each of eleven regions.
  • Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the BIG contest and FEEA's regular scholarship contest with the submission of BIG’s application.  Applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2010.

Federal Executive Boards and Associations
  • Eligible: Active federal employees and their children who live and work in the Central New York counties of Cayuga, Cortland, Madison, Onondaga, Oswego, and Seneca.
  • Application: Eligible students are entered into FEEA's annual contest with the submission of the CNY application. Applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2010.

  • Eligible: FAAMA members, their spouses and college-age children.
  • Awards: $1,000 per student for the academic year.
  • Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the FAAMA contest and FEEA's regular scholarship contest with submission of the FAAMA application. Applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2010.

  • Eligible: Members of FEW's Great Lakes and Hoosier Hills Chapters
  • Awards: $500 per student maximum
  • Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the FEW chapter contest and FEEA's regular scholarship contest with submission of the FEEA application, when instructions from chapter officials are followed.

Federal Managers Association
  • Eligible: FMA members, including retirees, their spouses and college-age children.  Grandchildren of FMA members are also eligible beginning with the 2010-11 contest.
  • Awards: $1,000 per student, plus one $1,500 Francis Webb Scholarship.
  • Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the FMA contest and FEEA's regular scholarship contest with submission of the FMA application. (Grandchildren are not eligible for the FEEA competition.) Applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2010.

  • Eligible: Employees of the CDC, regardless of whether or not they are FMA members.
  • Application: Eligible for FEEA’s scholarship contest with the submission of the FMA-CDC application.

  • Awards: $1,000 each with final amount available determined by funds raised annually
  • Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the NABNA contest and FEEA's regular scholarship contest with the submission of NABNA’s application.  Applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2010.
