- Awards: 60 scholarships of $1,000 each (6 in each of NARFE's 10 regions).
- Application: The NARFE application differs significantly from the FEEA application. Eligible students who wish to apply for NARFE's and FEEA's scholarship programs must submit separate applications.

- Awards: Up to three awards at a minimum of $1,000 each.
