- Eligible: National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees members, spouses and college-age children.
- Awards: $1,000 per student for the academic year.
- Application: Eligible students will be entered in both the NHCFAE contest and FEEA's annual scholarship competition with submission of the NHCFAE application. Applications for the 2010-2011 school year will be available on the Web site by January 1, 2010.
